Refund Policy
Any claims for refunds or return must be made within 12-24 hours of the client’s acceptance of the items purchased. Any claims outside of this period will not be entertained. Claims can only be made by clients who has purchased items.
All claims will be subjected to a partial refund of the amount that was paid by clients for the item. If claim is made within 12 hours of the delivery, client will be given a partial sum of 30% of the payment that was made whereas if claims are made after 12 hours but not after 24 hours client will be given a partial sum of the payment that was made.
Note: No refund or claims will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery of items to client.
